I booked a flight ticket for *-mar-**** on **-dec-**** through makemytrip.com web portal. My booking Id is NF**************. Then I raised a request for date change on **-dec-**** for **-feb-**** by MMT portal. After that I got a call from Makemytrip representative on **-dec-****. Then over phone, I asked for rescheduling of my flight for same date.But I got a flight ticket of **-mar-**** instead of **-feb-****.Once again I spoken to their representative but did not get any resolution. MMT representative blamed me for telling wrong detail over phone and informed me that flight date change service request data is not being stored at their end and made available of my call recording.In that one also, I only mentioned the date of rescheduling, not **-mar-**** because I was in the context of my request which I raised for rescheduling of my flight.And this date was mentioned by the representative in call only once but I was not able to listen that due to voice breaking in call.Even though I requested them over phone to send rescheduled flight booking detail through SMS and Email before making payment but I did not get any thing. Only I got a payment link through SMS and was asked for payment. After login to that screen, there were no details regarding booking date and itinerary and I made payment of extra charges because I had trust to MMT.Even though it is not my fault, I am being punished and feeling cheated and lost my hard earned money.It is a lapse in customer service procedure by Make My Trip.Every customer has rights to get the information.Atleast, booking detail should be shared by their Representative with the customer before making payment when customer himself requested.Then what is the use of date change request service available in MMT portal and they should scrap it.Loss of my hard earned money should be compensaed by Make My Trip.
