Godaddy - Cheated by godaddy company

I purchased one donain name and two mail ids from godaddy.
But I faced security concern, my important mails got auto deleted by godaddy, while I took the plans for one year.
I asked for refund but now company is not giving money back.
I talked to customer care many times but not even listening my words
please have a look into and solve this ASAP.
