Thomson S filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Aug 26, 2018
As per Indigo website to handle hand baggage, Indigo allows to carry laptop apart from *kg of hand luggage. But during check in Indigo staff has weighed my laptop bag also and said it's over weight and charged he used the time that am getting late for my boarding and charged me ****rs. Even after showing Indigo policy about hand baggage he is least bothered to check. I got back with indigo via email and Twitter their response is odd. It seems like they don't understand the situation or acting like they don't understand. Post action of Indigo really hurted me. Bad customer service and response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
