shine summer - Cheap useless product delivered than ordered

This is to bring to the notice of all who are viewing the contents of this section. Shine summer people are cheating their customers. I had ordered a set of * fit cotton shirts for an amount of Rs. *** on ** May **. but there was nil response from the company. I did establish the communication with the company on customer care nos. But the way they behaved and reacted was absolutely absurd and filthy. They were talking like goons. They told me that your order has been cancelled and if you want your money back than we ll send your some OTP and you ll have to share it with us. from that point onwards my suspicion got confirmed that i have been cheated. Then again I tried another no. same reply from them. Then i told them that i am going to file and FIR against them
Now on ** May I have been supplied with a parcel containing ** shirts which are worse than roadside hawker's product.
