Powermax Fitness India Private Limited - CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY SPARES USED

I purchased a Powermax treadmill (Model TAC ***) on **.*.**** for Rs.**,***/- on the website: powermaxfitness.net. The product initially arrived after ** days with scratches and some parts of the body was cracked. I raised ticket on **.*.**** and they had sent relevant part on **.*.****, exactly took one month. Further also, the treadmill stopped working on **.**.**** after using hardly ** days of ** minutes, for which I again raised ticket on **.**.****. On **.**.**** they have sent local technician (I personally knew him) stating that he was his authorized technician. But, he was not, neither uniform nor ID proof is produced to that effect and informed that the Inverter is faulty. On the same day, I happened to find that the Motor and Inverter used is of Cheap and poor quality, wiring code standards are not complied, contra to the information placed in the website the Powermax provides quality products. Further also I request the support team through their portal to sent authorised technician. But, they informed that he was their authorised technician only.
After repeated reminders, on **.**.****, they dispatched used spare, which was lab tested and no original packing nor hollogram to show that the spare is new one. I informed the same through their portal. To my surprise, they bluntly lied that they sent original new spare. I did not accept that it was new one as I also share pictures and videos twice. Despite, sending videos they still lied.
After thorough enquiry, I found that I was looted by the company by paying very high price than its worth. They used very cheap quality spares and no proper service and frequently lie. In addition to the above, I also contacted Powermax dealers in Indiamart where I came to know that the above said Treadmill is of Rs.**,***/- only. Hence, I requested to refund the amount because I am not satisfied with the product functioning and also the spares used in it. Hence, I request for refund.
