I am residing in rural area. The gas agency is just * k.m from my home.Instead they are still charging rs** for delivering gas cylinder. Even when we collect the gas cylinder physically from their godown, they dont reduce the delivery charges.
They also charged rs*** for check for the domestic installation. But they never come to check even a single time since ** years , when i took gas connection. I am attaching a photo of mechanic service list from my card, which is totally empty.
Because of rural areas people are not aware regarding charges and all, So the indane agency is taking advantages of it. They even threaten people to cancel their connection if someone refuses to pay extra.
Hope you will take active action against them .
