I am bnsl broadband customer I got my connection in August **** at that time they charged me **** rs for wifi installation only. They charged me ****rs for modern/ONT cost. On online stores and local market it costs only ****-****rs only including all charges. Also they charged me extra ***rs CGST and SGST ***rs on the extra amount they charged me for this ONT. Even after this I was expecting good service from them but my wifi is not working unable to use it properly speed is slow as compared to my plan when I ask them to check they are not checking and disconnecting my connection when I haven't paid the bill because I was not able to use it fully. If we pay extra for internet speed then we must get that expected speed but no my phone's internet works better than their broadband service.
