RedBus India - Charging exorbitant amount and providing a terrible or no service

I paid **** INR for a trip from Bangalore to Kochi on **nd by Jabbar Travels through redbus.
They not only charged such an exceedingly high amount (which was not high on other sites when I checked later) and then the bus was delayed by *.* hours.. I’ve not seen such terrible customer service and behaviour. When I called them, they would pick the phone (to stop it from ringing) but not respond. Absolutely terrible experience, I would like a full refund of the amount or I would like to raise the issue of such malpractices to the consumer court and other concerned bodies. I will be pursuing some sort of action for such terrible service
