Being a seafarer i was unsure about my next assignment, however while booking the course the booking executive said that if i were to cancel within a week i could get ***% refund on the course with no questions asked.
Within a week of booking i requested cancellation and did not even attend the course oreintation. i also had explained that being a seafarer it is practically not possible for me to attend the class and do self study online.
a number of mails where exchanged wherein they asked me evidence about my next assignment which i provided. then i get a mail that refund is not approved. they then went on to treat this case as an exception, however they went on to deduct admin fees and no amount was refunded to me.
firstly, if it was told to me that i'll be charged admin charges i'd have thought twice before enrolling for the course. its just because i was told that no questions asked and ***% refund policy i went ahead and enrolled for the course. this is a malpractice to get cheap money from simplilearn
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
