ANKIT MATHURIA filed complaint against D Mart on Apr 30, 2019
We have purchased items for more than **** rupees from D Mart Zirakpur and the store in charge charged Rs. * for the carry bag from me. When I contacted the person over there to solve the problem he refused to exempt the amount of the carry bag and charged it. They have no values of the supreme court judgement. Every time they still charge extra for the carry bags and do their publicity by printing the company name on it from the customer end. The Gov. should take strict action against them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
