Okinawa Scooters - Charger damaged within 1month after 45 times usage. No replacement yet

Bought okinawa ridge model scooter(R**) in July **** for *****/- and faced issues within *month of usage. Charger which was used hardly * or * times was damaged and kept for replacement. Bike was now kept idle, without charging., When ever I call the delear, he simply says that he will update in * days and now its morethan **day.. But there is no response from dealer or customer care service till now.
