Ekalavya Chaudhuri filed complaint against Ola Cab Mumbai on May 2, 2022
I have been charged twice by Ola for the same ride. I paid *** via PhonePe (which was first wrong itself because that was more money than initial charge shown to me on the app) on which the money got debited from my bank account, and I received the notification for the same via PhonePe. But the app continued to show 'Payment Pending' and the driver forced me to pay *** in cash.
Attached two receipts: first for the first payment and second for the second payment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
