Sbi Credit Card - Charged Twice for same transaction

I did a transaction using my SBI credit card on **/**/**** of *,***, which got debited from my account but was not reflected on the merchant site. so i thought of raising a dispute with the SBI Team. The transaction and dispute got resolved properly but in the process of dispute resolution I got an SMS from SBI about temporary credit initiation **** but it was never credited into my account. so i paid the original transaction amount in my Jan-**** statement, now in feb-**** statement i have been charged with temporary credit reversal for ****, which makes it double charges for me for the same transaction. I have been trying to get this resolved with SBI customer service team but without calling / consulting they are closing my complaint. i did escalation to modal officer also but use. even i went to there office but that was total waste of time, the executive said we don't take this kind of complaint.
