I had purchased * Everest black pepper from Metrocash & carry in Kolkata. The MRP is *** whereas I was charged ***+ for *. On complaining, their representative asked me to come within * days to their store and return the product and they will give me a credit note for the same. They told me specifically not to open the product and return it. Living far from the store, it’s not possible for me to go back again within such s short span of time. This is harassment of the consumer and I’m suffering for no fault of mine.
