Last time, I was charged more than MRP for detergent powder and I emailed them. I was asked to go to the store to take a credit note. Since it was a hassle, I let it go. I completely ignored it.
Today, I am facing the same issue. I was charged approximately ** rupees more on Veeba eggless mayonnaise.

Since I am someone who cross checks the bill, I am aware of what is happening in Metro Cash n Carry. What about those who don't? Millions of households across the country are being cheated, in fact- ROBBED!
