Instamart - Charged full amount for cancellation fee

I ordered some stuff by mistake and by the time I come and delete the delivery partner was already out for delivery and when I told help and support they asked me if I wanted to take a coupon of **rupees and accept the order or pay the cancellation fee and cancel the order then I agreed on cancelling the order and paying a cancellation fee I, I ordered for *** and they charged me for *** and no refund came
And I also can't start a conversation in help and support section again as they closed the conversation
