Uber Eats India - Charged for order twice now refusing to refund

Duplicate order was placed due to a bug in uber eats app. When I first placed the order, an error popped up saying "payment failed, retry". I tried again with a different payment method, again same error. But I received SMS saying amount has been deducted from my account. When I checked the orders page, both the orders were placed. I instantly called support. Firstly I was forced by the representative not to cancel the order though it was auto placed by the app without my knowledge, then when I was able to convince support executive to cancel it and not waste food, I was told there will be no refund. I tried to raise support tickets, but they just marked them as resolved without even replying. I messaged them on twitter as well but no response.
