I never requested for a netflix subscription from Airtel. Last month they billed me and after following up * times they corrected the bill. This month I see that they have updated my netflix subscription to premium and charged me more. I have my own netflix subscription directly with Netflix. This is an absolute fraud being done by Airtel. On registering complaint they tell we will get a call back in ** hours and no one calls back. Strict action needs to be taken against airtel as this is a fraudulent practice
