Dominos Pizza - Charged for a bag with the restaurant's logo

I am not sure of the law, but I am charged extra for a carry bag at Dominos Siliguri, with the brand's logo over it. As said earlier, I am not sure of the law, but I don't think its fair to charge for bags, and also promoting your brand along side.
