FirstCry - Charged Extra Money for fake Cancellation or order

I order two dress for my son and all I paid all money for this order. then I found that the order was cancelled by First cry itself (They are saying I applied a promotional code, hence the order was cancelled). But this is clear lie by First cry. How can one reapply any code when the order is very near to delivery date( I was waiting for * days for this order to be delivered) and on *th day they First cry cancelled my order without any sensible reason. It's totally their application bug or error from their end. Now they are clearly lying and are not accepting my words. You can check I had ordered many items from this company but now they are playing ping ping with me. All I want is the refund of Rs.**/- and *****/- as a compensation for wasting my valuable time and mental harassment.
