Velmurugan VP filed complaint against Yamaha Motors India on Apr 1, 2023
On **-**-****, I was forced to pay an excess of *.*% of the actual amount. The actual amount I was supposed to pay was Rs.*****/-. However the merchant forced me to pay the excess of *.*% of that amount of Rs.*****/- Hence I have paid Rs.*****/- using my credit card against the amount of Rs.*****/-
Also they said, if I pay by cash, only Rs.*****/- was enough. Just because I have paid thro credit card, I had to pay Rs.*****/-.
Please clarify, whether the customer needs to pay an extra *.*% whenever making payments thro credit card.
If no such orders are issued by RBI, please cause arrange to refund my excessively deducted amount.
