I ordered pizza via net banking and during the process, the first-time transaction failed. I started the transaction again and it was successful. But money got deducted both the times. I told the issue to dominos and they said that they will check and let me know the status. Even after * weeks, they are not able to tell whether they have my money or not. They just say they are working on it and they need little more time.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
