On * Oct I paid my college fees of **** via obc bank rupay debit card the amount deducted from my bank but fees was still pending I urged to customer care they said it might be College fault so I waited after ** hours when amount doesn't refunded then I cleared my college fees from my another bank account and I confirmed in college that the first transaction was failed I filed complaint but it's ** days still didn't got refund
