Laxmi Holidays - Charge extra money for my luggage while travelling

On ** jan **** i booked tickets from red bus website and i got ticket in laxmi holidays bus (HR**Z ****). When i board in the bus they told me that my belongings os not a luggage u have to pay extra for that because i packed soem items in a plastic bag and asked for ₹*** for both the package which is irrelevant. Red bus clearly mentioned that upto two luggage can carry free of cost, even though i complaint to red bus and they told me that all such fares can charged by bus operators. I asked for a receipt of my ₹*** and that receipt clearly shows that that receipt is for those who is sending some package through their bus while the owner of the luggage is not in the bus. While i am travelling and those are my belongings they shouldn't charge anything on my belongings. I'll attached the bill which mentioned that the sender name is Raspal and i am the receiver of the product.
