Uber Cab - Charge extra cash

I travelled in uber cab in delhi on ** feb ****. At the time of booking amt was showing only ***rs. But at the time of payment I have been charged by *** rs as my outstanding amount. I don't have any pending payment. That time i was in hurry so i have paid full amount. But when i have done complain in uber then they told me that your payment was pending against your previous * trip, * was taken on **** and *nd is on ** feb ****, so we are unable to return your money. I have told them call your driver confirm that i have paid full amount but they denied to do this..
Please do the need full.and i want my extra charged money back.
