Chapterone Book Store - ChapterOneBookStores Unethical Behaviour

Placed an order (#*********) on August **, **** worth INR *** for two books. Its January **** and I still haven't received the second book in the order (Women Don't Owe You Pretty - price INR ***). I have followed up multiple times with the customer care representatives but have never received a concrete response. They have refused to provide me a refund saying that they have paid the publisher already but when in October they received the first lot of the book, they didn't ship me mine. The book was, however, available in their ready-to-ship sale (instagram story proof) for other customers but they didn't ship me mine and later told me that my book didn't arrive in the first lot. I have just been going in circles with them without the book or my money. Moreover, the contact number on their website doesn't work so there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them if they are not replying to my emails for days on end.
