Chapterone Book Store - Refund not done

I ordered some books over a year ago, a few were delivered but others haven't been till now. I reached out to them saying it wasn't delivered so they said they'll refund it in June.. it is November now and all they say is "it will be done please wait the process is slow" I've waited for * months, is that not enough and I've waited over a year for the books to come. Please help me get a refund please.
