From last * months I have faced issue of Not getting some channel packs like star, Zee and some others. I have paid every time and When I asked to operator he told me to change cable, due to frequency problems. Finally before a month I changed cable and TV both still both problems at a place. Now he don't have any excuses and from last two months he fooled my family.
