Hathway Cable Network - Channel is not proper during prime time

During prime time.. when the shows like KBC..Indian Idol.. are telecasted, the channel lost the signals and we are unable to watch these serials. after these serials the channel becomes ok.
It may be possible, because these shows are popular and hathway wants to earn more in the name of better signals. What can be done pls suggest...?
