Cable operator is asking for additional **rs/month as maintenance charges which is totally against the new rule set by TRAI. My cable operator asked me to choose a package of either *** or ***/Month. When I refused to do the same and said I want a normal package of ***/month + star plus package of **/Month & Sony for **/Month with additional GST applicable, he agreed for the same but asked for additional **rs every month as his maintenance fees. This is totally against the law.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
