I have raised a request on *th of April **** for change of ownership from my father’s name to mine. Today is **th April. I have provided all the documentation required, raised tickets. They close the tickets without my knowledge and send an auto email stating they are closing the ticket as per the discussion. I have to call the customer support again and raise a request, they do the same for again like SEVEN TIMES.
Is there anyway i can escalate it ?
