Hello my self Ajay Kumar Goyal my mobile no. Is ********** and my Bill plan was platinum of Rs.***.** on dated **.**.**** I have received a mail from airtel that on your request your plan has been changed to ***.** in this regard when I complaint on customer care number they told me that this was done from your side and it can not reverte up to next bill cycle. In this way they are cheating me pls advise me what should I do.
