We have done half yearly recharge of **** for airtel broadband but then we shifted to another location where as per them services are not provided. Now it has been ** days that I have asked them to start cancellation and provide estimate of refund amount but they are not responding. Once they responded the person said the shifting team will contact me. But no one has contacted. I think we should not invest in prepaid services as these people just go blank after getting the money.
