Hello ,
I took a Microsoft azure course which enrolled on **th December **** but class started on *th January ****. Once I attended * classes I understood the teaching isn’t good and was not able to learn properly felt complicated. And I contacted the concerned person from Simplilearn also escalated a mail to Simplilearn requesting for a change of course. I told I don’t need refund instead just change my course to data analytics. Unfortunately their respond was as my course enrolled on dec **th even though the class started after that they can’t change the course. Here I have paid the full amount and I have no course and they are also not ready to provide me a course.Kindly help me with a resolution.
