Homelane - Change in Quote value

We had approached home lane (Viman nagar office) to get home interior done for our new flat at BT Kawade road , Pune , we received Quote of ****** on *th may & were asked to pay **% (*****) as advance , we paid it on **th may , after which Home lane took * month to visit our flat ( on **th june) stella mose from Home lane visited & started asking us to get few work done outside instead of home lane , we insisted on getting work done as per our first quote , but they provided us Quote * on **rd june valued ****** only where few items were excluded & even discount value was reduced , for our disagreement we had written mail to home lane team asked them to refund our advance money of ***** , but they denied saying that advance paid is non refundable , after which we asked to get only * work done , which was ****** on quote * & asked them to adjust advance there , after which they provided new Quite of ****** & they said this final . now i am feeling cheated & fooled m please help , all mail communication & whatsapp chat are saved , payment was done online . now we want refund & compensation for all delays happened so far as we are paying EMI of ***** along with mental harrasment .
