I booked an order day before yesterday for my redmi note* screen replacement. from cashify screenpro CSP*A*C***** (service number)
Yesterday a technician visited my place and tried to fix the screen. He opened my phone and removed the battery, to remove battery he applied some kind of solution and later he tested the screen that he was having at that moment but as per him the screen was faulty so he decided to re-assemble my phone and he said he will try to bring another screen today evening or tomorrow maybe he or some other team member gonna come and gonna replace my screen. But by evening glue spread across the bottom of the screen corner and light brown spots appeared on the screen and now back button has also stopped working.
I am waiting for your call as I tried to reach your call center since morning ** AM and got no solution. Only my last call was entertained and thats why I am approaching you guys.
