Cashify.com - Cashify Business approach and engineer behaviour

wanted to sell LG W** Pro purchased on Sep,* **** with * months extended warranty from RESQ. Cashify quoted as **** but when his engineer came he told **** as he shown scratched which was barely visible but when this matter brought to the notice of Cashify they told its Major Scratches and end up tarnishing my image by saying I did not select properly even if scratches are light and barely visible at the bottom of the back screen. the team there was a major scratch and dents. they say there are Dents when such things are not present when physically inspected by a person who came to collect.
Engineer's approach to taking the mobile was not satisfactory, he said since LG re-sale is very very less we are reluctant to buy it like this with a higher rate.
