I made repayment of rs *****.** of loan through razorpay payment channel to cashbean.on **th feb.*st transection was failed , then I made the repayment of same amount again . It was successful..but when I checked my bank statement..I came to know that both the amounts are deducted from my account and credited to cashbean and pc financial services..I talked to their customer executive, wrote th various mails , submitted appeal on their app.. every time I get same answer..that they have received only one payment..i also talked to my bank and I have submitted written complain..they are also telling to wait..pls help me getting my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
