I purchased gold from phonepe. At the time of purchase there was an offer of *% cashback on purchase of gold of rs *** or above. I purchased gold of rs *** and when I was about to complete my payment I even show a information which said that I would get cashback of rs **.**. After completion of my transaction I waited for ** hrs but I didn't receive the cashback. So I raised a complaint through help and support option , to which they replied that no offers were available on my purchase.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
