I made an International flight booking for * adults vide Invoice No. **************** Dated ****-**-** from my residence in Chandigarh where I was supposed to get a cashback of Rs **,*** in my Citi bank credit card. Being a huge amount of cashback, I clicked a screenshot at the time of booking. As I didn't get a confirmation message regarding my cashback, I contacted the customer care who told me that I never used a code and they think me as well as my evident screenshot is lying.
The customer support also told me that there is no such offer as **,*** cashback and it must have appeared due to a technical error on the website. I want to share with you that the only reason I booked from MakeMyTrip was the cashback amount per ticket I was getting and now I am being denied that. I am getting no resolution and I have suffered a loss of Rs **,*** apart from mental agony and harassment that I have to face by contacting them time and again and getting no resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
