Pazapp provide an offer of **% cashback upto rs. **on min. transaction of rs.*** if payment is made thru scan and pay mode.
I initiated a tata sky transaction (ref no. ********) for which I have never received this cashback till date and when I tried to contact customer support team (case ID *************) they started harassing me like anything by giving a different and false reason every time without even checking the details.
*)They said that the cashback amount is delayed and will be credited soon.When I told them that already more than * months have passed then they said that
*)You are not eligible for the cashback as this is not the first tata sky transaction you have done in that month. Refer attached statement where you can find that no tata sky transaction other than the one with Ref no. ******** is done by me in entire Feb ****.
