HDFC Payzapp Wallet - Amount debited from payzapp wallet not credited in my bank account

Dear team,
I had loaded my payzapp wallet with amount of **** and same transferred to my icici bank account but the amount had debited from payzapp and it is showing successful but amount not credited in my bank account i contacted to payzapp customer service but call is not connecting and i did mail to support@payzapp.in.Regarding my issue twice in a day.But there is no response from them.Kindly clear my issue asap.I had urgent requirement with that amount.
