I had availed ice cube services from Richfeel. They had informed me that If i Pay through HDFC card, I will get *% cashback. However, later on, they said you will not get your cashback now. Why? Because we did not know we had to use only hdfc machine for swiping your card and thats why we swiped it in some other bank machine, so you will not receive any cashback because of our carelessness, ignorance and unprofessionalism.
