It was clearly mentioned that I will be getting the cashback worth ****, if making the payment through HDFC card. And it is not yet reimbursed to me.
On making the complaint, in the first instance I was told the payment has already been transferred to me on *-**-****(which was not true).
On further complaint, I was asked to send my bank statement, which is a matter of confidentiality for everyone.And lastly, I received a call, wherein I was told that cashback was to be given by the company in the form of points(which has to be redeemed by me).
In the first place, if it had to be given in the form of points, how could you ask someone to share the bank statement. How could you make fool out of people?
