Sai filed complaint against Milkbasket on Mar 18, 2019
In the promotion period, I made a purchase above *** and hence I have to get *** cashback. But they didn't give me and didn't respond to my query. They deleted the query later and now there is no written record. I dropped a mail too and no answer for that. I will stop using Milkbasket once money in the wallet is done. There is no better alternative as of yet and I hope big basket daily will be good. For now, I am done with Milkbasket.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
