I had received the mail from your Myntra for transferring cashback balance to bank account. On receiving the mail, i followed the process instructed.
However, to my surprise, balance got vanished from my Myntra account and was never credited to my Bank account.
I called Customer care in December and again in January, but everytime the response was that they will check and revert. However, there was never a response.
There was no reply to my mails either.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
