Smart bazaar - Cash counter person behaviour
RAMESH IYER filed complaint against Smart bazaar on May 8, 2025
Today I went to smart Bazaar at Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. A cash counter person behaviour was not customer friendly. When I told I will be constrained to complain about him. He told I may raise the complaint.
I have called the Dept manager and lodged a complaint in the register today. Details of the person is mentioned in the complaint register.
I expect action is taken and the person is given training in customer handling.
