Amazon .in - Cash back not credited

I ordered Huawei p** pro and Huawei smartwatch as a combo offer from Amazon. According to the order I was supposed to get a cashback of *****. The products were delivered on April **, ****, but the cashback is not yet credited. I have been following up from a month now but no results. Each time they give me new dates for a refund but never keep the promise. It has been a pain to follow up.
