Flipkart - Carrier 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC with Wifi connect white

I have purchased carrier *.* Ton * Star Split Inverter AC with Wi-fi Connect - White (**K * Star Breeze Hybrid jet Wi-Fi Inverter R***A (I***) / **K * Star Hybrid jet Inv R***A ODU (I***), Copper Condenser) from Flipkart on **th May **** and recieved it on **th May which is installed by Flipkart team Jeeves on **th May ****. After that, I had faced an issue that Ac is not working properly. It's not get chilled my room at temperature ** 'c. Also noticed that it consume more energy unit instead of normal AC. I had raised an issue immediately to Flipkart team and asking for a refund in which support team says that they are just a mediator to sell the item. Also, I've checked the review of Flipkart seller OmniTech which received too many bad reviews. Also checked how Flipkart and Omnitech retailer makes fools to customer. If you are buying any costly items especially electronic one and if you find any issue with it. You are going to call to Flipkart and noticed him issue which Flipkart technician comes and gives you an answer like that it's working okay sometimes it will take time like that and leave it. I don't understand which types of servicing provided by Flipkart they both Flipkart and Omnitech make fool to the customer to sell the items. I want my money back.
