Dear Sir,
I bought *T Air conditioners from KAY DEE (NOIDA) on **/**/****. Now, it is under AMC. However, the gas leak is happening frequently (*~* times in a * months span) and the cooling coil is affected. Now, gas is refilled however, cooling is not effective.
Today service engineer visited and found cooling coil leakage needs to change, it will take *~* days. last year also they changed the cooling coil, and it took * weeks. It is harassment to us / my family; that every year it is to be changed and we will be without AC this summer. Very pathetic satiation and disappointing.
It seems a very poor-quality product is being supplied. After-sales service is very poor.
NOIDA Service person Mr. Prakash Rawat's communication is very poor and illogical. The service boy coming for service is also a different person every time and gives misleading information.
Now, I have contacted Mr. Vupender (**********), he is a bit sensible, however, I am not at all satisfied with his answers.

The company’s toll-free number for a lodge service request is not working. Also, the website does not work sometimes for service requests.

I am not getting any SMS for complaint numbers, however, the customer care executive said SMS will be sent.
